A sister site is a brand run by the same licensed operator — not one that merely looks similar or pays a comparable commission. On that definition Playzee has a lot of sisters, and you can check every one of them yourself in about two minutes.
Playzee Doesn’t Hold A Licence
Now stay with me here, let me explain how this works.
Search the Gambling Commission register for “playzee” and you get exactly one result: White Hat Gaming Limited, account 52894. Open that account’s domain-names tab and http://www.playzee.com is there — listed with the status White Label.
That means Playzee is a brand operating on a licence belonging to another company. The brand team runs the site you see; the licensee carries the regulatory duties behind it.
This is not a warning. White-labelling is legal, common and properly disclosed — a large share of UK gambling brands work this way. It is worth knowing because it tells you who actually holds your money. Your funds, your complaint rights and your self-exclusion all sit with White Hat Gaming Limited, not with Playzee. So do any bonus-abuse rules.
The Brands On Licence 52894
These are the white-label domains recorded on the same account as Playzee. They share a licensee, a compliance function and, in most cases, a platform.

White Hat Gaming also runs a separate set of domains under its own Active status rather than as white labels — among them 21 Prive, Diamond7, G’day Casino, Hello Casino, Mainstage Bingo, Skol Casino and Slotnite.
The thing worth noticing: almost all of them are casinos. If you came to Playzee for the sportsbook, there is no sister brand offering the horse racing Playzee lacks. A second account for racing means going outside this family entirely — see our page on Playzee and horse racing.
What Sharing A Licensee Actually Means
Affiliate pages treat sister sites as a shopping list. It is more useful as a risk map, because four things follow from brands sharing one company.
Your verification travels with you
Same licensee, same KYC process, usually the same documents team. If an identity or source-of-funds check stalled at one brand on this account, opening at another rarely produces a different answer — it often produces the same queue.
Bonus rules are enforced at operator level
Balances are separate per brand, but bonus-abuse rules generally apply across a licensee. Working through a family of 21 brands claiming the same style of welcome offer is the fastest way to have all of them flagged.
Self-exclusion covers every one of them
A self-exclusion request made with the licensee should reach every brand on the account — and GAMSTOP covers every UK-licensed operator at once, which includes all of these. If you are self-excluded, none of them is available to you, and looking for one that is, is itself worth pausing on. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.
Enforcement attaches to the licence, not the logo
If the Commission suspended account 52894, all 28 domains would stop at the same moment. Which brings us to the record.
The Regulatory Record — And Why The Register Looks Clean
Check account 52894 on the register today and the regulatory-actions page says: “No regulatory actions have been recorded for this business.”
That is accurate, and it is incomplete. The Commission’s own Compliance and Enforcement report 2020 to 2021 records that White Hat Gaming Ltd was required to make a payment in lieu of a financial penalty for anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings — £1,334,053.18, plus £9,816.63 towards the Commission’s costs.
Both statements are true at once, because the Commission removes older cases from the register’s regulatory-actions listing. An empty page means nothing current, not nothing ever.
Read this fairly. The case followed a March 2019 compliance assessment and examined seven customer accounts. White Hat Gaming accepted the failings in full and committed to a programme of improvements, including automatic backstop deposit limits. It is five years old and it was settled. It is not a reason to avoid Playzee — but it is a reason not to take “nothing on the register” as proof of an unblemished history, here or at any other bookmaker.
Check It Yourself
You should not have to take our word for any of this, and you should not take anyone else’s either.
- Open the register entry for account 52894.
- Open the Domain names tab. Every brand on the licence is listed, with its status — Active, Inactive or White Label.
- Search the register by domain name rather than brand name. It is the fastest way to find who really operates any site.
- Cross-check the regulatory-actions tab and the Commission’s published enforcement reports. The register alone will not show you older cases.
Playzee Sister Sites FAQs
What are Playzee’s sister sites?
Playzee shares UK Gambling Commission account 52894 with 20 other white-label brands, including PlayGrand, Casimba, Grand Ivy, Dream Vegas, 21 Casino, Slot Planet and Spinland. All are operated by White Hat Gaming Limited. The account also carries a separate set of domains under White Hat Gaming’s own Active status.
Is Playzee a white label?
Yes. The Gambling Commission register lists http://www.playzee.com with the status “White Label” on account 52894. Playzee does not hold a licence of its own — White Hat Gaming Limited holds it and carries the regulatory responsibility for the brand.
Who owns Playzee?
The licensee is White Hat Gaming Limited, which files a head office at Cornerstone Business Centre, Mosta, Malta with the Gambling Commission. The only trading name recorded on the account is “white hat gaming”.
If I’m restricted at Playzee, can I bet at a sister site?
Possibly not. Operators may apply restrictions across the brands they run, and verification is shared. If the restriction relates to affordability or safer gambling, treat it as a signal rather than something to route around.
Does Playzee have a sister site with horse racing?
No. Almost every brand on licence 52894 is a casino, and Playzee itself carries no horse racing or greyhounds. If racing is what you want, you need an account outside this family — BetGoodwin and Star Sports both cover it with Best Odds Guaranteed.
Has White Hat Gaming been fined by the Gambling Commission?
It paid a regulatory settlement of £1,334,053.18, plus £9,816.63 in costs, for anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings, recorded in the Commission’s Compliance and Enforcement report 2020 to 2021. The case no longer appears on the register’s regulatory-actions page, because the Commission removes older cases from that listing over time.
