We registered with our own money, claimed the welcome offer, bet racing and football across desktop and mobile, used cash out, contacted support and ran a withdrawal end to end before writing a word of this.
Every figure below is either taken from QuinnBet’s own published terms or from the Gambling Commission’s register — not from another review site’s summary of them. Where we could not verify something, we have left it out rather than guess. Got The Odds earns commission from some operators, QuinnBet included, and it changes nothing about what we publish. QuinnBet is a racing bookmaker that happens to take football bets, and it is much better understood that way round. It launched in 2017, it is operated by QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited, and it built its following on ongoing promotions rather than television advertising.
The headline offer is modest by UK standards. What you are actually signing up for is the week-in, week-out programme behind it — and a Best Odds Guaranteed policy that stays switched on during the meetings where most bookmakers quietly switch theirs off.
QuinnBet Welcome Offer Explained
QuinnBet does not run a “bet £10 get £30” offer. It refunds 50% of your first day’s net losses as a free bet, up to £25 — and if you finish the day level or in front, you still collect a guaranteed £5 free bet.
That structure is unusual and it is genuinely fairer than most. You are not staking £10 on a single selection and hoping it lands to unlock anything. You bet your first day normally, and the offer settles up afterwards either way.
The trade-off is that it asks more of you up front. Three qualifying bets is more admin than one, and the stake-size rule catches people out.
| Offer detail | Terms |
|---|---|
| Welcome offer | 50% of first-day net losses as a free bet, up to £25 |
| Minimum deposit | £10 |
| Qualifying bets | One bet of £10+, then two more at 50%+ of your largest stake |
| Minimum odds | 2.00 (evens) on every qualifying bet |
| Guaranteed minimum | £5 free bet if you finish level or ahead |
| Credited | The day after your qualifying bets settle |
| Free bet expiry | 7 days |
| Stake returned? | No — winnings only |
| Does not qualify | Void bets, cashed-out bets, and bets placed at SP |
The one that catches people: cashed-out bets do not count towards qualifying. If you are working through your three bets, let them settle rather than taking the cash out button on a winner.

In August 2026 the Commission published a regulatory settlement with the operator. We include it because it is a matter of public record and you are entitled to weigh it — and because the Commission’s own account of how QuinnBet handled it is part of the story.

- 20 Aug 2026 £609,104 regulatory settlement. Anti-money-laundering and social responsibility shortcomings identified in a compliance review covering March 2023 to August 2025. The figure includes £193,118 of disgorgement. The Commission recorded that QuinnBet had no previous enforcement history, made early and voluntary reports of some of the failings, swiftly put an action plan in place, voluntarily divested the funds involved, and co-operated fully throughout.
What it means in practice. This was about monitoring systems, not about paying customers. No part of the case concerned QuinnBet failing to settle bets or withhold winnings, and the operator has since remediated to the Commission’s satisfaction.
The sensible takeaway is one that applies at every bookmaker, not just this one: set your own deposit limit when you open the account rather than relying on an operator’s monitoring to catch a problem for you. GAMSTOP or a bank gambling block covers every UK site at once and does not depend on any single company’s systems working.

Best Odds Guaranteed at QuinnBet
This is the single best reason to hold a QuinnBet account, and it deserves more than a bullet point.
Best Odds Guaranteed means that if you take an early price and the horse starts at a bigger one, you get paid at the bigger price. Nearly every UK bookmaker offers it. The differences are all in the small print, and QuinnBet’s small print is unusually generous in one specific way: it applies to every UK and Irish meeting, with no festival or big-day exclusions. It is automatic, with no opt-in and no weekly turnover qualifier to hit first.
That matters because the big-field festival handicaps are exactly where morning prices drift hardest — and they are exactly the days that tend to get carved out elsewhere. Before a festival, it is worth checking the racing terms at whichever books you hold, because those terms do change.
There are limits, and they are worth knowing before you rely on it:
| Best Odds Guaranteed | Terms |
|---|---|
| Covers | All UK and Irish horse racing |
| Meeting exclusions | None |
| Applies from | 8:30am each day — earlier bets do not qualify |
| Bet types | Singles and multiples, including Lucky 15/31/63, Trixies, Patents and Yankees |
| Excluded | Ante-post, enhanced accumulators and specials |
| Free bet stakes | Do not qualify — must be your own funds |
| Maximum benefit | £250 per bet |
| Opt-in required? | No — applied automatically |
The 8:30am start is the one to remember. If you are the sort to take an overnight price, you are outside the concession — put the bet on after 8:30 and the same selection is covered.

QuinnBet Promotions for Existing Customers
Most bookmakers spend their budget on the welcome offer and go quiet afterwards. QuinnBet does the opposite, and if you only bet once the whole proposition is wasted on you.
The regulars are a daily £5 free bet on qualifying wagers and 25% weekly cashback on net losses. Around those sit racing specials — money back if your horse finishes second to the favourite, faller insurance through the National Hunt season, and extra places on the big festival handicaps. Football gets accumulator bonuses and a bet builder promotion.
Two honest notes on what these are worth. Cashback is calculated on net losses, so a winning week returns nothing — it softens variance rather than changing the maths. And the daily free bet needs a qualifying wager each day, so it rewards routine rather than turning up occasionally.
Used properly across a season, though, the ongoing programme is worth considerably more than the £25 you might get on day one. That is the honest way to judge this account.
QuinnBet · 50% loss refund, up to £25
Why this beats a bigger headline
QuinnBet does not hand you free bet tokens, and that works in your favour more than the smaller number suggests.
A stake-not-returned free bet is worth stake × (d−1)/d, never its face value — so a rival advertising £40 in tokens at minimum odds of 3/1 is really offering about £30, with roughly a one-in-three chance you land nothing at all. A loss refund has no such risk: you only receive it once you are already down, and you are refunded in proportion to what you actually lost. £25 that arrives when you need it is worth more than £40 that might never arrive.
QuinnBet Deposits and Withdrawals
Payments are the clearest limitation, and it is worth knowing before you sign up rather than after.
QuinnBet supports Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Monzo, Revolut, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer. It does not support PayPal — and never has in eight years of trading — and Skrill and Neteller were withdrawn in May 2023. If an e-wallet is how you manage your betting money, this is a dealbreaker and no amount of racing value changes that.
Deposits are instant from a £10 minimum. Withdrawals also start at £10, with no fees on any method. QuinnBet’s published commitment is to process withdrawals within 24 hours, after which funds typically take a further two to three working days to reach your account depending on the method and your bank.

The delay you can avoid. Verification is required before your first payout, and leaving it until you want paying is the single most common reason a first withdrawal runs slow at any bookmaker. Upload ID and proof of address when you open the account and the problem never arises.
QuinnBet App, Streaming and Betting Features
There are apps for iOS and Android carrying everything the website has: all markets, in-play, cash out, banking, promotions and the match tracker. The racing card is the standout — it is cleanly laid out and quick to use, which is what you want from a book that is racing-led.
On features, three things are worth stating plainly because other reviews get them wrong.
There is a bet builder. QuinnBet calls it Create A Bet, it sits in its own tab, and there is a featured section of popular combinations if you want a starting point. Market depth varies by fixture — a Premier League game gives you far more to work with than a lower-league one.
Streaming is racing only. There is no football streaming. For a racing-led book that is the right priority, but if you want to watch and bet on the same screen for football, this is not the account for it.
Cash out is available on markets that carry the three gold coins marker, across pre-match and in-play. Remember that a cashed-out bet will not count towards your welcome offer qualification.

QuinnBet Customer Support
Live chat runs 24 hours a day and connected within a couple of minutes every time we used it. Agents handled bonus terms and withdrawal queries without escalating, which is not a given at this end of the market. There is email support alongside it, and no telephone line.
Round-the-clock chat is a genuine strength for a book of this size — plenty of QuinnBet’s direct competitors close their support overnight, which is precisely when a settlement query tends to come up.
Who QuinnBet Is For
- You back horses at early prices — unrestricted-by-meeting BOG is worth more over a season than any welcome bonus
- You bet every week and will actually use the daily free bet and weekly cashback
- You bet each-way at the festivals, where extra places and BOG stack
- You follow Irish racing, which gets proper coverage rather than a token nod
- You want support you can reach at three in the morning
- You pay by PayPal, Skrill or Neteller — none are supported
- You want to watch football and bet on the same screen
- You take overnight prices and expect BOG to cover them
- You want the widest possible sports list rather than depth in racing
- You want the biggest headline sign-up figure — Betfred offers more up front
QuinnBet Sister Sites
QuinnBet (Gibraltar) Limited runs QuinnBet as a standalone brand. There is no stable of sister sportsbooks under the same licence, which is unusual — Entain runs eleven UK brands on one licence and SkillOnNet runs seven.
The receipt · Gambling Commission public register
Account 61011 lists one trading name, QuinnBet, and no other UK sportsbook brand.

One practical consequence worth knowing: responsible gambling settings apply per operator, not across the market. A deposit limit or self-exclusion set here does not touch your other accounts. GAMSTOP covers every UK-licensed site in one go.
- No UK sister sportsbooks

- Open your account — use our claim offer link to reach the registration page.

- Place your qualifying bets on day one — one bet of £10 or more, then two further bets at 50% or more of your largest stake, all at odds of 2.00 or bigger. Let them settle; do not cash out.

Betfred wins on the sign-up figure, on football streaming and on payment choice.

Verdict · tested with real money
QuinnBet
4.0 / 5
QuinnBet is built for people who stay, and it should be judged on that basis rather than on its welcome offer. The daily free bet, the weekly cashback and the racing specials add up to more over a season than the £25 you might collect on day one — and unlike most ongoing programmes, they are genuinely worth using.
Best Odds Guaranteed across every UK and Irish meeting is the standout. The 8:30am start and the £250 cap are real limits and you should know them, but a concession that stays on through the festivals is worth more to a racing punter than almost anything else on this page.
The gaps are equally real. No e-wallets at all, no football streaming, and a sports list built for depth in racing rather than breadth. If you bet football multiples across obscure leagues and pay by PayPal, this simply is not your account.
The August 2026 settlement is worth weighing honestly. It concerned monitoring systems rather than payouts, the Commission noted the operator had no prior enforcement history and co-operated fully, and remediation is complete. Whether that sits comfortably with you is a personal judgement — which is why we published it rather than deciding for you.
For a racing punter who bets weekly and does not need an e-wallet, QuinnBet is hard to beat on value. For anyone else, betTOM or BetGoodwin cover similar ground with fewer trade-offs.
