Mega Riches Review: The Short Answer
What you need to know
- Mega Riches launched in 2024 but is run by Videoslots Limited, licensed here since 2011.
- 9,000+ games at launch — one of the biggest libraries of any recent UK arrival.
- PayPal withdrawals in about five minutes, and it takes Apple Pay — neither sister site does.
- Welcome offer is a 100% match up to £25 with a low 10× deposit wagering requirement.
- Two traps: you must activate the bonus before wagering, and withdrawing early forfeits it.
- Casino only — no sportsbook, no app. And the operator carries £2.65m of UK penalties.
We tested Mega Riches on desktop and mobile with our own money — claiming the welcome bonus, playing slots and live casino, and running the withdrawal process end to end.

Mega Riches Overview
Mega Riches is one of the newest online casinos open to UK players, live since 2024. What it isn’t is a shoestring launch.
It’s operated by Videoslots Limited, the Malta company behind Videoslots and Mr Vegas, on UK Gambling Commission licence 39380 — the same licence all three share.
That backing shows. Mega Riches arrived with mature verification controls, UK-standard player protections and a fully stocked library rather than the stripped-back product most new casinos open with.
You get 9,000+ games, an Evolution live casino, a strong jackpot section with Mega Moolah and WowPot, and payment options including PayPal and Apple Pay with payouts in about five minutes. It was back-of-shirt sponsor for West Bromwich Albion in 2024/25, which tells you the ambition is mainstream.
Is Mega Riches Safe? Licence and Regulatory Record
Mega Riches is operated by Videoslots Limited under UK Gambling Commission licence 39380. UK consumer protections, dispute resolution and advertising rules all apply.
The site uses SSL encryption and offers deposit, loss and wager limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. It’s registered with GAMSTOP. The operator states that customer funds are held under a medium segregation model in line with Gambling Commission requirements.
Regulatory record — two UK enforcement actions
Videoslots Limited holds the licence for Mega Riches, Videoslots and Mr Vegas, and has been penalised twice by the Gambling Commission.
June 2023 — £2,000,000. A regulatory settlement over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures.
30 October 2025 — £650,000, plus a formal warning and an additional condition attached to the operating licence. Breaches of licence condition 12.1.1 and Social Responsibility Code 3.4.3, for conduct between October 2023 and February 2024.
The sequence is the point. The 2025 action covers conduct that began after the 2023 settlement was agreed, so these are repeat failings rather than a single bad stretch. And an additional licence condition is an ongoing supervisory measure, not a closed matter.
The Commission also recorded that Videoslots co-operated throughout the 2025 investigation and took immediate steps to remedy what was found. Both penalties are paid and the licence is held in good standing.
For you as a player, UK protections apply either way and enforcement shows the regulator is active. But if an operator’s compliance history matters to you, this is the fact to weigh. Last checked 21 August 2026.
Mega Riches Welcome Offer & Promotions
How the Mega Riches Welcome Bonus Works
A 100% match up to £25. Deposit at least £10, opt in, and the bonus pays out as you wager against a 10× deposit requirement across 60 days.
Ten times your deposit, deposit-only, is one of the lowest playthrough requirements in the UK. On a £25 deposit that’s £250 of wagering — very achievable in a normal run.
But there are two ways to lose it, and both catch people out.
First: you must activate the bonus in your account before placing any real-money wager. Wager first and the bonus is permanently forfeited. There’s no appeal on this — it’s explicit in the terms.
Second: withdrawing before you’ve finished the wagering forfeits whatever bonus is left. You keep your cash, but the remaining bonus balance disappears.
Understand those two and the offer is fair. Miss either and it’s worth nothing.

Ongoing Promotions
Still developing, and noticeably thinner than the sister sites. There are periodic promotions around major sporting events and game launches, but nothing like the Battle of Slots tournaments, Weekend Booster cashback and Wheel of Jackpots that Videoslots runs.
If a busy ongoing calendar is what keeps you at a casino, Videoslots is the stronger pick within the same family.

Mega Riches Games & Software
Slots
9,000+ games at launch makes this one of the best-stocked new casinos in the UK. The library spans classic and video slots, Megaways, cluster pays and feature-buy titles from NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Relax Gaming.
Average RTP across the classic slot titles sits around 96%. You can filter by theme, provider and feature type, which matters when the catalogue is this big.
Live Casino
Evolution powers hundreds of tables across roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and craps, plus game shows including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Mega Ball. Stream quality and table depth match any UK casino using the same provider.
Jackpots
A genuine highlight. Mega Moolah, 9 Blazing Diamonds WowPot and the Jackpot King series all feature — progressives that regularly climb into the millions. If you’re chasing a life-changing win rather than grinding a session, this section is the reason to be here.

Mega Riches Deposits & Withdrawals
The payment range is the best of the three Videoslots brands — it’s the only one taking Apple Pay, and PayPal payouts land in around five minutes.
Minimum deposit is £10, everything is fee-free, but note the minimum withdrawal is £20 rather than the usual £10.

 | £10 | £20 | As little as 5 minutes | Free |

Remember the bonus rule here: withdrawing before you’ve completed the wagering forfeits whatever bonus is outstanding. If you’re mid-way through, it’s worth finishing first.
Mega Riches Mobile Experience
There’s no iOS or Android app — everything runs through the mobile browser.
The mobile site is well built though. All 9,000+ games, the live casino, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals work properly on both platforms, and adding it to your home screen gets you quick access.
If a native app matters, sister site Mr Vegas has one and shares the same licence.

Mega Riches Sister Sites
Mega Riches shares UK Gambling Commission licence 39380 with Videoslots and Mr Vegas, all operated by Videoslots Limited.
Because they sit on one licence, bonus rules generally apply across the group — claiming here can affect your eligibility at the others — and a self-exclusion request with the licensee normally covers all three.
The regulatory record above applies to the whole family. To cover every UK-licensed site at once, use GAMSTOP.

Mega Riches FAQs
Is Mega Riches safe and legitimate?
Mega Riches is licensed and safe to use. It is operated by Videoslots Limited under UK Gambling Commission licence 39380, uses SSL encryption and is registered with GAMSTOP. For transparency, the operator has two UK enforcement actions on record — a £2m settlement in June 2023 and a £650,000 penalty with a warning and an additional licence condition in October 2025. Both penalties were paid and the licence remains in good standing.
What is the Mega Riches welcome bonus?
A 100% match bonus up to £25 on your first deposit of £10 or more. Opt-in is required, and the bonus must be activated in your account before you place any real-money wager. The wagering requirement is 10× your deposit within 60 days — low by UK standards. Any incomplete bonus is forfeited if you withdraw early.
What happens if I wager before activating the bonus?
You lose it permanently. Mega Riches is explicit that placing any real-money wager before the welcome bonus has been activated forfeits it, and it cannot be reinstated afterwards. Activate the bonus in your account first, then play. This is the single most common way players lose this offer.
What happens if I withdraw before completing the wagering?
You will receive your cash withdrawal, but any incomplete welcome bonus balance is forfeited and removed from your account. If you are part-way through the 10× wagering requirement, it is usually worth finishing before you cash out.
How fast are Mega Riches withdrawals?
PayPal withdrawals process in as little as five minutes, among the fastest in the UK market. Apple Pay and other e-wallets take up to 24 hours, and card withdrawals up to two business days. Note the minimum withdrawal is £20, higher than the £10 most casinos set. All withdrawals are free.
Does Mega Riches have a mobile app?
No. Mega Riches runs entirely through the mobile browser, which is well optimised for iOS and Android and carries all games, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals. If you want a native app, sister site Mr Vegas has one under the same licence.
Does Mega Riches have a sportsbook?
No, Mega Riches is casino only. If you want casino and sports betting under one account, sister site Mr Vegas offers both with a separate welcome offer for each — a casino match bonus and a sportsbook free-bet deal you can claim together.
What are Mega Riches’s sister sites?
Mega Riches shares UK Gambling Commission licence 39380 with Videoslots and Mr Vegas, all operated by Videoslots Limited. Because they sit on the same licence, bonus rules generally apply across the group and a self-exclusion request normally covers all three. GAMSTOP covers every UK-licensed site at once.
Verdict · tested with real money
Mega Riches Casino
3.8 / 5
Mega Riches is a strong debut, and the Videoslots backing is why. It launched with a 9,000+ game library, mature compliance systems and payment options — five-minute PayPal payouts, Apple Pay — that plenty of established casinos still don’t offer.
For slots and live casino players who care about variety and getting paid quickly, it’s immediately one of the better options in the UK. The jackpot section is a genuine draw.
The welcome bonus is the weak spot. £25 is half what the sister sites give you, the £20 minimum withdrawal is above the norm, and the two forfeit conditions need real attention. Add no sportsbook, no app and thin ongoing promotions and the gaps are clear.
There’s also the operator’s record: £2.65m in UK penalties across two actions, with the second covering conduct that began after the first was settled. UK protections apply regardless, but it belongs in your thinking.
For pure casino play with strong jackpots and fast payouts, Mega Riches earns a recommendation. If you want a bigger bonus or a sportsbook alongside, Mr Vegas is the better fit — or browse our full casino reviews.
