Regulatory record — two UK enforcement actions
Videoslots Limited holds the licence for Mr Vegas, Videoslots and Mega Riches, and it has been penalised twice by the Gambling Commission.
June 2023 — £2,000,000. A regulatory settlement over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures.
30 October 2025 — £650,000, plus a formal warning and an additional condition attached to the operating licence. The Commission found breaches of licence condition 12.1.1 and Social Responsibility Code 3.4.3, covering conduct between October 2023 and February 2024.
Two things matter in that sequence. The 2025 action covers conduct that began after the 2023 settlement was agreed — so these are repeat failings, not one bad period. And an additional licence condition is an ongoing supervisory measure rather than something closed off.
In fairness, the Commission also recorded that Videoslots co-operated throughout the 2025 investigation and took immediate steps to fix what was found. The licence is held and maintained in good standing, and both penalties have been paid.
What it means for you as a player: your money is protected by the same UK rules either way, and enforcement is evidence the regulator is doing its job. But if an operator’s compliance history matters to you, this is the fact to weigh. Last checked 21 August 2026.
