Most app pages tell you an interface is clean and leave it there. I would rather tell you who built it, because that predicts far more about how it will behave in six months.
It is a real app on both stores. When I checked on 26 October 2026, the App Store version, published by Bet Tom Ltd, showed 2.8 stars from 18 ratings. The Google Play version, from developer BetTOM, showed 3.6 from 8. Those samples are tiny, so read them as a first look rather than a verdict.
What does running on EveryMatrix mean?
EveryMatrix is a platform supplier. It builds the sportsbook engine, the account system and the apps, then licenses the whole thing to operators who put their own brand on the front.
betTOM uses it. So do several established British books. Three things follow, and two of them are in your favour.

What can you do in the app?

Beyond racing there are around 38 sports. Support runs through 24/7 live chat, which is better cover than several bigger brands manage, though there is no phone line if you prefer talking to someone.
Two gaps carry over from the main account. There is no PayPal and no e-wallet support, so deposits and withdrawals in the app are cards, Apple Pay and bank transfer. And the promotions calendar beyond BOG is still thin.
Careful: betTOM is not Bettomax
Worth thirty seconds, because the search results mix them up.
There is a separate brand called Bettomax operating in Liberia and Sierra Leone. Different company, different market, different app. If you have been searching for a Bettomax download or a Liberia login, nothing on this page applies to you.
The UK betTOM is operated by Bet Tom Ltd on Gambling Commission account 64959, with one domain on the register: bettom.com. If the app you are installing does not come from that brand, close it.
And never sideload a betting app. If a third-party site offers you an APK for any bookmaker, you are handing your login and card details to whoever packaged it. Install from the official stores or use the mobile site.
Trouble logging in?
“betTOM login app” is a common search, so here is the order I would work through.
- Check you are on the right brand. bettom.com, not Bettomax. Sounds obvious. It is the most common cause.
- Finish verification. An account that has never been verified can behave oddly at login and will certainly stall at withdrawal. Upload ID and proof of address once and it is done.
