How long does a Jackpot City withdrawal take?

Jackpot City Withdrawal Times: Processed Within 24 Hours

Up to 24 hours to process, then under 12 hours to reach most UK bank accounts by debit card.

We found PayPal and Neteller payouts usually land the day after Jackpot City sends them. Standard card and bank payouts take about two working days. Weekends slow the first step, and once you ask for a withdrawal you can’t cancel it.

How long does Jackpot City take to withdraw?

Allow a day for Jackpot City to approve the payment, then add whatever your bank or wallet needs. On a weekday debit card withdrawal, that usually means money in your account the same day or the next morning. Ask on a Friday evening and you may be waiting until Tuesday.

The fast card payouts run on Visa Direct, which moves the money to a UK bank account in under 12 hours once Jackpot City releases it. Where a card payout doesn’t go through Visa Direct, we found it took about two working days instead.

Every time in that table starts once Jackpot City has processed your request, so add up to 24 hours to each. Under £5, Jackpot City pays out whatever is there and keeps £1 for its costs. A £4 balance comes back to you as £3, which is a 25% charge for leaving it late.

Where Jackpot City sits on our list. Jackpot City is 10th of 14 on our fast-withdrawal casinos page, read on 30 October 2026. That list ranks each casino on the longest wait we found. Jackpot City’s 24-hour processing puts it level with Slingo Casino and 36 Vegas, and behind the casinos that promise a few hours.

Does Jackpot City pay out at weekends?

Yes, though more slowly. The terms say the 24-hour processing time “may vary at weekends”, and the payout timetable in Jackpot City’s help centre shows what that means. E-wallets still move at weekends. Card and bank payouts sent on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday all arrive on the Tuesday.

That timetable is the slow lane. Visa Direct card payouts skip most of it, which is why we found weekday card withdrawals landing within hours. If I wanted card money in the bank before a weekend, I’d still ask for it by Wednesday.

Why is my Jackpot City withdrawal still pending?

A pending withdrawal is usually sitting in what Jackpot City’s help centre calls “a short queue”. If it has been more than 24 hours on a weekday, the likely cause is an identity or security check. The terms let Jackpot City take extra steps to confirm you are the right person to receive the money.

Your ID hasn’t been approved

Expect to send photo ID and a recent proof of address before your first payout. A blurred photo, or an address that doesn’t match your account, will get a document sent back. Upload your documents when you register. Our casino ID checks guide covers what each document needs to show.

You can’t cancel it

Jackpot City has stopped letting players reverse withdrawals. Plenty of casinos keep a reverse button so you can gamble the money back while it waits, so I count this in its favour. The downside is that a mistake stays made. Check the amount before you confirm, because changing your payout details means a conversation with customer service.

You withdrew with a bonus running

Under the welcome offer, winnings can only be withdrawn once the 10x wagering is finished. Before then you can ask customer support for your deposit back, but you give up the bonus and every penny you’ve won with it.

Say you deposit £100, take the £100 bonus and play the £200 up to £300. Ask for your money before the £1,000 of wagering is done and you get your £100 deposit back. The other £200 disappears. Ask for a withdrawal before the bonus has even landed and you lose the bonus too, so wait for it. Our wagering requirements guide works through the 10x sum.

How long does a Jackpot City PayPal withdrawal take?

We found PayPal payouts usually reached the wallet the day after Jackpot City sent them, and often sooner. The minimum is £5. Your PayPal account must be in your name and country, and use the same email address as your Jackpot City account. Only one PayPal account can be linked at a time.

PayPal has one drawback for new players. Deposits made with it don’t count for the welcome bonus, which needs a debit card. Jackpot City also pays back to the method you deposited with wherever it can, so a card deposit normally means a card payout. Our list of PayPal casinos covers sites that pay winnings to PayPal, and our debit card casinos page covers the card side.

Who holds your money at Jackpot City?

Betway Limited runs Jackpot City under Gambling Commission account 39372, with a casino licence active since 1 November 2014. The same licence covers Betway, Spin Casino and Hippodrome Online.

The terms rate customer money at the Commission’s “high protection” level. Your balance sits in a segregated bank account and is protected if Betway Limited goes bust. Betway Limited has also paid two Commission penalties: £11.6m in 2020 over social responsibility and money laundering failings, and £408,915 in 2022 for advertising on the children’s pages of West Ham United’s website.

If a withdrawal goes wrong, complain by email to ukmanager@jackpotcitycasino.co.uk within six months. Jackpot City should decide within a month. If it isn’t settled within eight weeks, you can take it to eCOGRA, the free adjudicator named in the terms. Our casino complaints guide covers each step.

A forgotten balance costs £5 a month. After 12 months without a login, Jackpot City takes a £5 fee every month while the account is in credit, then closes it as dormant at 18 months. A £40 balance would be gone after eight charges. Withdraw what’s left before you stop playing.
