Why Trust Our Slingo Casino Review?

We spent over 12 hours on Slingo Casino across desktop and mobile. We deposited our own money, played through the welcome offer, tried Slingo originals and standard slots, and put the withdrawal process through its paces.

For this update I read Slingo’s offer banner, bonus policy, terms, payment page, contact page and responsible gaming page on 27 October 2026. I checked the licence on the Gambling Commission register the same day. Got The Odds is independent; affiliate deals never shape our scores. Here is our review methodology.

What Is Slingo, and How Does It Work?

Slingo is a cross between a slot and bingo. You get a 5×5 grid of numbers on top and a reel of five numbers underneath. Each spin marks off any numbers that match your grid, and every full line across, down or diagonally is a “Slingo”. More Slingos move you up a prize ladder.

Most games give you a set number of spins for your stake. Jokers let you mark a number in their column, and a devil symbol wastes the spin. When the spins run out, the game offers to sell you extra spins, and that is the one real decision in the format. The price rises as you climb the ladder, while your chance of hitting the squares you still need keeps falling.

Slingo’s about page calls this “decision-making and skill”. I’d call it one decision, made under pressure, by a game that knows exactly what to charge you. Our guide to how Slingo works walks through the symbols, the extra spin maths and a worked game.

The format dates back to 1994, according to Slingo.com. The modern online games come from Gaming Realms under the Slingo Originals name, and Slingo.com is the brand’s own casino. Every Slingo game is a game of chance with a long-run return to player, so no grid is “due” a full house.

What Does the Slingo Welcome Offer Cost to Clear?

The Slingo Casino welcome offer costs you a £10 deposit and about £5.11 in average house edge to clear. That leaves the 133 spins worth roughly £7.66 on average. The banner says 133 spins at 10p each, so the face value is £13.30.

Here is the sum. At a 96% return to player (RTP, the share of stakes a slot pays back over millions of spins), £13.30 of spins returns about £12.77. You wager that 10 times, which is £127.68 of slot play. The house keeps about 4% of that, or £5.11, and what survives on average is £7.66.

Slingo’s Big Bass Bonanza page lists the stake range and paylines but no RTP, so the calculator starts at 96%. Slide it down if you think the game runs leaner. An average like this describes the crowd, not your Tuesday night, and most single sessions land well away from it.

Slingo Casino · 133 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza

What the 133 spins are worth

10p a spin, 10x wagering on the winnings, slots only. Slide the RTP to see what the spins are worth on average.

133 spins at 10p is £13.30 at face value. At 96% RTP they return about £12.77 on average. Wagering that 10 times means £127.68 of slot spins, which costs about £5.11 at a 4% house edge, so the spins are worth roughly £7.66. The cost is turnover times (1 minus RTP). It is an average over many players; one session can land far from it.

Slingo’s terms, clause by clause

  • Fair10x on spin winnings only. Your £10 deposit carries no wagering, and if the spins win nothing there is nothing to clear.
  • WatchFree spins are available for 24 hours. That is the bonus policy’s general rule, so play all 133 on the day they land.
  • WatchMax bet 10% of spin winnings (min 10p) or £5. Win £12.77 and your cap is about £1.28 a bet. Go over and the winnings can be removed.
  • WatchA bet includes “any special bet feature”. On a Slingo game, a bought extra spin is a fresh bet, so one priced above your cap breaks the rule.
  • WatchSpins before cash. If your cash balance is below your last deposit when spin winnings land, the policy treats them as a no-deposit bonus, capped at £100 or twice the bonus.
  • WatchWithdrawing cancels the bonus. Cash out mid-wagering and you lose the bonus balance and anything won with it.

The extra spin clause is the one I’d frame and hang on the wall. Slingo games sell extra spins at the end of each round, and the price can run well past your opening stake. While you’re clearing the welcome wagering, your cap is about £1.28. Buy, say, a £2 extra spin on a Slingo game and you’ve broken the max bet rule, even though your stake was 50p. Our max bet rule guide explains why casinos police it so hard.

The no-deposit clause matters too. Play the 133 spins first and it never comes up. Spend your tenner on another game first and a decent Big Bass run could be capped at £100.

The 133 spins are the default, but Slingo’s promotions page lists other first-deposit deals. One is a 100% match up to £25, another is 300 bingo tickets for a £10 deposit, and a third is 130 spins on Big Bass Splash with a prize draw entry. Each needs a code. You get one welcome offer, so pick before you pay in.

On paper the match is worth more if you deposit the full £25. A £25 bonus at 10x is £250 of wagering, which costs about £10 at a 4% edge and leaves about £15 on average. The spins win if you only want to put in £10.

Slingo Promotions for Existing Players

Saturday brings the Prize Twister, a spin for a share of a £25,000 jackpot. Slingo Me is a £10 monthly reload for Slingo games, and Daily Picks, Saver Spin packages, slot tournaments and the My Levels scheme fill out the rest.

The old review promised a VIP programme with account managers. I couldn’t find one on the site today, so it’s gone. The lobby also offers a Hot/Cold feature that claims to show which slots “are currently paying out (or not)”. Past spins tell you nothing about the next one, so I’d treat it as wallpaper.

How Long Do Slingo Withdrawals Take?

Slingo says most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Its payment page says that “in most cases, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours”, and the terms say Slingo aims to process them “within a few hours”. The minimum withdrawal is £20 on every method that pays out.

Processing is Slingo’s side of the job. After that, your bank or PayPal adds its own time, so a card payout can take a day or two longer to show. Our old review quoted 24 to 48 hours for e-wallets and 3 to 5 days for cards. Slingo doesn’t publish per-method times today, so I’d plan on a couple of working days and count anything faster as a bonus.

What slows a Slingo withdrawal down

Your first withdrawal triggers ID checks, and Slingo only accepts documents through the Upload Docs page in your account. Upload them when you sign up, not when you’re waiting for money. A pending withdrawal usually means it’s still being reviewed, the payment page says.

An active bonus also gets in the way, because withdrawing means cancelling the bonus and its winnings. Our guides to casino ID checks and casino withdrawal times show how the rest of the UK market compares.

Slingo payment methods and fees

Slingo’s payment page lists Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly and Google Pay, as of 27 October 2026. Visa, PayPal and Trustly pay out with a £20 minimum, and Google Pay is deposit only. Card and e-wallet withdrawals are free.

Payment MethodMin DepositWithdrawalMin WithdrawalFees
PayPal£10Yes£20Free
Visa£10Yes£20Free
MastercardNamed on the pageCheck the cashierCheck the cashierFree
Trustly£10Yes£20Free
Google Pay£10No, deposit onlyN/AFree

PayPal is the method I’d pick. It takes deposits and pays out, and it keeps your card details off one more website. Compare it with other sites in our PayPal casinos list.

Skrill, Paysafecard and bank transfer featured in our old review but are not on the current payment page, so they’re out of the table. The terms still mention a bank wire, with a £50 minimum and a £10 fee under £500. If you leave an account untouched for 12 months, the terms also allow a £5 monthly inactivity fee, so close it or withdraw before you wander off.

Slingo sets a cap on each withdrawal when you register and shows it in the “more info” section of the withdrawal page. There’s no limit on the number of withdrawals, and payments go back to a method you deposited with.

Is Slingo Legit? Licence, Owner and Regulatory Record

Slingo is legit: it holds a live UK licence. Skill On Net Ltd runs it under Gambling Commission account 39326, and the register lists http://www.slingo.com as an active white-label domain on that licence. The casino licence has been active since 1 November 2014.

Who owns Slingo is a fair question, because the name belongs to the game’s makers. Gaming Realms built the Slingo Originals games, and in February 2020 it signed a deal for Skill On Net to power and license Slingo.com. Today Slingo’s terms name Skill on Net Ltd, registered in Malta (C50024), as the operator, and that is the company you deal with.

Our old review said Slingo Casino launched in 2015 and held a Malta Gaming Authority licence. I couldn’t support either today, so both are out. The licence covers a long list of brands, so the record below belongs to the whole family, Slingo included.

Regulatory record: one UK enforcement action

  • May 2023 £305,150 regulatory settlement, all of it to socially responsible causes, plus £9,079 in costs. A Commission review found anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings between January 2021 and December 2022. Skill On Net also agreed to an independent audit. The case is closed.

One note on how I checked. The register’s actions tab for 39326 reads “No regulatory actions have been recorded”, yet the 2023 case is still on the Commission’s news page. An empty tab is not proof of a clean history. I found no further action as of 27 October 2026.

Customer money sits in a separate account at Barclays, which the terms rate at the Commission’s “medium protection” level. If you complain, Slingo says it will reply within 96 hours, and eCOGRA is the named independent adjudicator after that. Our casino complaints guide shows how that process works.

Safer gambling tools

Slingo runs Skill On Net’s SafeMate tool. You guess what you’ve spent in time and money lately, and it puts the real figures beside your guess. Most people’s guesses are generous to themselves, which is the whole point of the exercise.

You can set deposit limits in My Account, take a cooling-off break of 24 hours or one to six weeks, and self-exclude. A self-exclusion can’t be lifted for at least 180 days and covers any account you hold on the licence. National self-exclusion runs through GAMSTOP, and our GAMSTOP self-exclusion guide explains it.

Slingo Casino Games

Slingo’s lobby showed 98 titles under Slingo Originals on 27 October 2026, though the site’s own FAQ still says 50+. For the whole library, the About page says more than 6,000 games and the Slingo page says over 8,000. I’ve used the lower figure. Either way, you won’t run out.

Slingo Games

This is why you’d come here. The range includes Slingo Rainbow Riches, which Slingo calls its most popular game, plus Slingo Starburst, Slingo Riches, Deal or No Deal Slingo and Monopoly Slingo. They all share the grid-and-reel skeleton, and the theme, the ladder and the volatility change from game to game.

Read the help screen before you play a new one. The extra spin prices differ by game, and so does how quickly the ladder starts paying. If you’re used to slots, Slingo feels slower and gives you more to watch, which is pleasant right up until the extra spin button lights up.

Slots, Bingo and Live Casino

Slots make up most of the rest, with sections for Megaways, jackpots and daily jackpots. Big Bass Bonanza, Rainbow Riches, Book of Dead and Starburst are the titles Slingo pushes. Volatility matters more than theme here, and RTP is a long-run average, so our guide to what RTP means is ten minutes well spent before you use the spins.

There are also bingo rooms, a Playtech live casino lobby with blackjack and roulette, video poker and Plinko. None of the table or live games count towards the welcome wagering, which is slots only.

Does Slingo Have an App?

Yes. Slingo has apps on both the App Store and Google Play, and both list Skill On Net Ltd as the developer. Our old review said there was no app at all. That was wrong by the time I checked, and both stores rate the app above 4 stars from several hundred reviews.

You can also play in a mobile browser, which worked well in our earlier test. Slingo games suit a phone, because the 5×5 grid fits an upright screen better than a wide monitor. Google Pay makes Android deposits quick, though it can’t take a withdrawal.

Slingo Customer Support

Slingo has no phone number. Its contact page offers live chat from 06:00 to 00:00 GMT once you’re logged in, and email at contact@slingo.com at any time. If something breaks at 2am, you’re writing an email.

Support ChannelAvailabilityResponse Time (Tested)

In our testing, chat agents handled questions on bonus terms and withdrawal times without fuss. If you need live help after midnight, Prime Slots runs 24/7 chat on the same licence.

Who Slingo Casino Is For

Pick Slingo if
  • You like Slingo games, or want to try them at the brand’s own site
  • You want PayPal for deposits and withdrawals
  • You’d rather have spins with no wagering on your deposit than a matched bonus
  • You play on a phone and want an app on iOS or Android
  • You like bingo rooms as well as slots
Look elsewhere if
  • You cash out small amounts: the £20 minimum bites
  • You need support after midnight or by phone
  • You pay with Skrill, Paysafecard or Apple Pay
  • You tend to buy extra spins on impulse. That habit and a bonus max bet don’t mix
  • An operator’s 2023 settlement is a deal-breaker for you

Slingo Casino Sister Sites

Slingo shares UK Gambling Commission licence 39326 with the rest of the Skill On Net family. The register lists PlayOJO, Prime Casino, Prime Slots, Spin Genie, Ice36, Mega Casino and the Genting Casino website among its 53 trading names. Each brand runs its own offer.

Several sisters carry Slingo games too, since they share the platform. They look like rivals, but on paper they’re flatmates. A self-exclusion covers any account you hold on the licence, while a cooling-off break only covers the account you set it on. GAMSTOP covers every UK-licensed site at once.

How to Sign Up at Slingo Casino

  1. Visit Slingo Casino using our claim free spins link.
  2. Enter your details: name, email, date of birth, a password and your UK address.
  3. Set your deposit limits in My Account before your first deposit, and set them lower than you think you need.
  4. Upload your ID and proof of address through Upload Docs now, so your first withdrawal isn’t held up.
  5. Deposit £10 or more by PayPal, debit card, Trustly or Google Pay. Your 133 free spins land automatically.
  6. Play your spins on Big Bass Bonanza within 24 hours, before you touch your deposit. Then clear 10x the winnings on slots, under the max bet.

On the welcome offer, Slingo edges it by 58p to 75p of average value, which buys you roughly nothing. The real split is elsewhere. Prime Slots wins on support hours, and Slingo wins on its Slingo range and on publishing its £20 minimum where you can read it. If you’d rather have bonus cash than spins, Genting Casino runs a 100% match up to £25 plus 50 spins on the same platform.

Slingo Casino

4.0 / 5

Slingo Casino is a safe, licensed casino and the best place I know to play Slingo games. I’d sign up here if Slingo is your game, or if you want PayPal both ways and a welcome offer with no wagering on your deposit.

The offer is small and fair. £13.30 of spins, 10x on the winnings, and about £7.66 of average value once the wagering is paid for. Play the spins on the day, before your own cash, and keep any bought extra spins under the max bet while you clear.

The downsides are real but modest. The £20 minimum withdrawal is steep for small balances, chat shuts at midnight, and Skrill and Apple Pay users are out of luck. Skill On Net’s £305,150 settlement in 2023 is closed, but it is on the record and you should weigh it.

If you want bonus cash instead of spins, look at Genting Casino on the same licence. For the wider field, read our guide to choosing a UK online casino.

Slingo Casino FAQs

Is Slingo Casino legit and safe?

Slingo Casino is a legit UK casino licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 39326, held by Skill On Net Limited. The register lists http://www.slingo.com as an active domain on that licence. Skill On Net paid a £305,150 settlement in May 2023 over failings in 2021 and 2022. We found no later action as of 27 October 2026.

What is Slingo and how does it work?

Slingo is a mix of slots and bingo. A reel of five numbers spins under a 5×5 grid, and matching numbers are marked off. Each full line is a Slingo, and more Slingos climb a prize ladder. When your spins run out, the game offers extra spins at a price that rises as the prize grows.

What is the Slingo Casino welcome bonus?

Slingo Casino’s welcome bonus is 133 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at £0.10 each, credited automatically on a first deposit of £10 or more. Spin winnings carry 10x wagering on slots within 30 days, and the max bet is 10% of the winnings or £5. At 96% RTP, the spins are worth about £7.66 on average.

Does Slingo have a no deposit bonus or bonus code?

Slingo Casino’s 133 free spins need no bonus code and a £10 deposit. We found no no-deposit bonus for new UK players on Slingo’s promotions page on 27 October 2026. Coded alternatives include a 100% match up to £25 and 300 bingo tickets, and you can claim only one welcome offer.

How long do Slingo withdrawals take?

Slingo says most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and its terms say it aims to process them within a few hours. Your bank or PayPal can add time after that. First withdrawals need ID checks, and a pending withdrawal usually means it is still under review. PayPal, Visa and Trustly all pay out.

What is the Slingo minimum withdrawal?

Slingo Casino’s minimum withdrawal is £20, on PayPal, Visa and Trustly alike. Card and e-wallet withdrawals are free. Google Pay takes deposits only. Each withdrawal also has a per-transaction cap, shown in the “more info” section of the withdrawal page.

Does Slingo have an app?

Slingo has apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, called “Slingo: Play Slots & Bingo”, and both list Skill On Net Ltd as the developer. You can also play in a mobile browser. Slingo games suit a phone well, because the 5×5 grid fits an upright screen.

What are the Slingo Casino sister sites?

Slingo Casino’s sister sites share Skill On Net’s UKGC licence 39326. The register lists PlayOJO, Prime Casino, Prime Slots, Spin Genie, Ice36, Mega Casino and the Genting Casino website among its trading names. A self-exclusion with one brand covers any account you hold on the licence.
